WGTD offers eleven hours of jazz and Big Bands each week beginning Friday nights at 8 with "Riverwalk." The Jim Cullum Jazz Band plays the music of jazz greats from a nightclub located in San Antonio, TX.

From 9PM till 1 AM it's "Jazz With Bob Parlocha," a San Fransisco-based musician who specializes in playing mainstream jazz.

Saturday night at 7 we kick off a full night of jazz and Big Bands with "Saturday Night Bandstand." Carthage College English professor and accomplished jazz pianist Sam Chell plays selections from the American Songbook, featuring the music of Ellington, Sinatra, Basie, Kenton, Fitzgerald, Holiday and more.

At 9, UW-Parkside music professor and woodwind specialist Tim Bell focuses on the Big Band sound with his program titled "Tim Bell's Classic Big Bands and Beyond."
