From WGTD News:

With the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases soaring in Racine County, the Racine Police Dept. has established a tip line for citizens to report large, unsafe gatherings. Narrative, photos and videos can be posted here.  Police issued a news release Sunday that included photos of a large party that officers broke up last weekend. Meanwhile, the number of new cases in Racine County rose about 9% between Friday and Sunday, according to state-provided data. About 15% of the total number of tests performed are coming back positive, compared to 5.5% for the state as a whole. The total number of confirmed cases in Racine County stands at 1,387 compared to 998 for Kenosha County.

A second downtown Kenosha market is scheduled to open Saturday, June 27th, assuming it gains the necessary approvals from the city. Kenosha Public Market wants to set up in a parking lot south of the Municipal Building and offer in-person shopping, and an online version which would include pre-ordered pick-ups at the live market. Proposed hours would essentially overlap with Kenosha Harbor Market, which delayed the opening of its summer season because of the virus. The date of Kenosha Harbor Market's delayed opening has not been publically announced. WGTD erroneously reported initially that Kenosha Harbor Market--instead of a new market--had proposed to open in the Municipal Building parking lot. WGTD apologies for the misinformation.
