About 10 apartments were structurally affected. In addition, four residents were trapped in an elevator and had to be extricated through the ceiling of the car by firefighters.

Rochester---A hike through the Honey Creek Wildlife refuge Saturday afternoon for a 79 year-old Milwaukee resident turned into an ordeal when the man got lost. Firefighters, DNR wardens and Racine County Sheriff's Dept. K-9 units were summoned at about 5:30 p.m. after another hiker who'd been in the area got concerned when the man failed to return to his car in the parking lot, according to a news release from the Sheriff's Dept. "Nitro" latched on to the lost hiker's scent. After 30 minutes of tracking, the hiker was found, hungry and thirsty, but otherwise in good health.
