Kenosha Literacy Council Turns 20

The Kenosha Literacy Council is celebrating its 20th year of programming designed to teach English to non English speakers, community civics, reading skills and more. With just two full-time staff people, the agency has worked with 207 trained volunteer tutors to deliver over 13-thousand hours of English literacy education to 515 adult learners from 40 different countries. Community Matters host Jayne Herring recently spoke with several representatives of the Council. Click here for the full program.
