Racine---The Racine Unified School Board---facing the reality of a potential state intervention---approved a revised employee handbook last night---but---it was NOT a unanimous vote. The final vote was 7-2. Board members Julie McKenna and John Heckenlively vote no. They wanted more language removed. Now the handbook must pass muster with the state department of Administration.
