(WGTD)---If nothing else, it's a reminder to those who drive by of the ongoing pain and suffering in the Middle East.
Weekly demonstrations have been held on a corner in Racine for a permanent ceasefire in Gaza almost ever since the war began.
The hour-long demonstrations Saturdays from 12:30 to 1:30 at MLK Plaza on Martin Luther King Drive are organized by the Racine Coalition for Peace and Justice. A dozen or two people participate each week.
The group is also asking for adequate aid for Gaza.
The coalition confirms that the protests will continue for the next two Saturdays.
