(WGTD)---A head-on crash late Thursday afternoon south of Kansasville may have been caused by a medical emergency, according to the Kenosha County Sheriff's Office.
A 75-year-old Kenosha man died when his Honda crossed the centerline and struck another vehicle. The driver of the second vehicle suffered non-life-threatening injuries, as did the driver of a third vehicle that couldn't avoid hitting the wreckage.
Neither roadway conditions nor vehicle speeds appeared to be factors in the accident, the office said.
