Noah Labonte was charged Wednesday with intoxicated use of a vehicle, reckless homicide and possession of cocaine. According to the criminal complaint, Labonte was driving in the wrong lane of Seven Mile Rd. in Raymond when he struck a woman’s car head-on. The woman was 33-weeks pregnant. While she survived the crash with serious injuries, her unborn baby didn’t. Deputies found a bag of cocaine in Labonte’s pickup.

A Racine woman who went on a tirade against police based apparently on false information on social media is now facing charges. 53-year-old Patsy Clemmer apparently believed that an event in Racine this week titled “Put the Guns Down” was meant to urge gun owners to give up their weapons. In reality, the event was a basketball tournament. In a live Facebook post while driving past the event, Clemmer yelled and used profanities—allegedly while waving a gun. Problem is…Clemmer is a convicted felon. She was charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, carrying a concealed weapon and possession of THC. According to the criminal complaint, two baggies and a gun were found in a purse once police pulled her over. Clemmer is being held on a $750 cash bond.
