(WGTD)---A 14-page, online brochure that's part of the campaign that's designed to generate a robust field of applicants for the position of Gateway Technical College president has been posted. It includes a lengthy job description, background information on the college and the surrounding area and a two-page list of desired attributes for the next president.
The search process was launched earlier this year in the wake of the June departure of Ritu Raju for a similar job in Minnesota. Raju served as Gateway president for about two-and-a-half years. Gateway is currently being led by an interim president whose contract expires in six months.
The brochure's introductory page says the school is looking for a strong, dedicated leader with integrity and exemplary communication skills who can reinvigorate the college while moving it forward.
The application deadline is March 4th.
The brochure includes a link for nominations and expressions of interest.
