(WGTD)---Three finalists for the position of UW-Parkside chancellor have been named. They're all women, and two of the three are from out of state.
Lynn Akey current serves as a vice-president at Minnesota State University in Mankato, MN.
Felicia McGinty is Director of Engagement and Outreach at Higher Education Resource Services in Denver, Co.
Phyllis King is Associate Vice-Chancellor for Academic Affairs and Vice-Provost for Partnerships and Initiatives at UW-Milwaukee.
They're vying to replace Debbie Ford, who moved on to another school earlier this summer.
The three finalists will participate in separate campus forums this fall.
A special UW Regents' committee will make the final selection, which must be approved by the full UW Board of Regents.
