(WGTD)---A Walworth County Circuit Court judge is getting ready to retire.
David Reddy has announced his retirement, effective Jan. 2, 2026.
According to the court system, Reddy assumed the bench in 2010 following the retirement of Judge Michael Gibbs. He was re-elected in 2016 and has served continuously since. Reddy previously served as a family court commissioner in Walworth County.
Gov. Evers is expected to appoint a replacement who will complete Reddy's term which ends in July 2027.
Applications are being sought. The deadline is Sept. 29th.
