We replay a program from several years ago in which Felicia attempts to steer small businesses and non-profits away from some of the pitfalls that typically pop up in setting up a presence on the internet. Felicia, as it turns out, routinely bails out novices who think they're done the right things but wind up being taken advantage of by unscrupulous vendors.
