Dr. Jonathan Shailor's 'guest today is UW-Parkside Professor, Dr. Hilary Rasmussen.
Hilary Rasmussen is an Assistant Professor of Rhetoric in the Department of Communication at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. She has her Ph.D. in Communication with certifications in Rhetorical Leadership and Women's and Gender Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Dr. Rasmussen's research focuses on intersections between public and legal sphere argumentation. Her courses include Communication and the Human Condition, Oral Interpretation, Introduction to the Communication Discipline, Communication and Social Movements, Integrated Marketing Communication, Enacting Leadership, and Strategies for Argumentation.
