As a followup to last Monday's conversation with David Brooks ("How to know a person: The Art of Seeing Others Deeply and Being Deeply Seen") we replay a 2022 conversation with Ryan Jenkins and Steven Van Cohen, co-authors of "Connectable: How leaders can move teams from isolated to all-in." The book examines the same issue of Disconnection but focuses more specifically on how that manifests itself in the workplace.
