Eric Klinenberg, author of "Heat Wave: a Social Autopsy of Disaster in Chicago." The disaster in question was the horrendous heat wave in the summer of 1995 in which 700 people died due to the heat. The book explores how and why certain neighborhoods and demographics were especially hard hit.
