MS - Mary Norris / Matthew Diffee

Earlier in 2025,  The New Yorker celebrated its 100th anniversary.  In honor of that, we are rebroadcasting two interviews from the Morning Show archives with long-time contributors to this venerable American institution.  Part One:  Mary Norris, long time copy editor for The New Yorker, talks about her book "Between You and Me:  Confessions of a Comma Queen."  Part Two:  Cartoonist Matthew Diffee, whose cartoons have appeared many many times in The New Yorker over the years, talks about his book "Hand Drawn Jokes for Smart, Attractive People."   Both of these interviews were recorded and initially broadcast back in 2015, which was the 90th anniversary year of The New Yorker.
