For Dave Overby, music has been a lifelong pleasure. He has sung in numerous choirs, early music groups, barbershop quartets and union singfests. Jazz, however, is closest to his heart. Dave notes jazz is the ONLY totally American art form, it's greatest creation. The Jazz Clubb attempts to honor and remember traditional, swing and modern performers. Dave is a retired program specialist with The Illinois Department of Human Services and a newer homeowner in Mt. Pleasant.
