(WGTD)---The 37-year-old Milwaukee woman who allegedly pepper-sprayed employees at a fast food restaurant in Racine has mental health issues and is undergoing therapy. That’s what the attorney for LaQuanda Westbrook said at her initial appearance Monday. Westbrook, and her 18-year-old daughter, Tamia Westbrook, are facing eight counts stemming from the episode last month at Potbelly Sandwich Shop in Mt. Pleasant. According to the criminal complaint, LaQuanda Westbrook, following the Mt. Pleasant incident, went to a Potbelly restaurant in Milwaukee to “brag” about what had happened in Racine County. In Milwaukee, she purportedly paid for food ordered there with a credit card, which police used to track her down.
