(WGTD)---Charges are expected to be filed in the case of a used car dealer who appeared to urinate on the driver's license of a customer.
Kenosha police are recommending that charges of criminal damage, disorderly conduct, theft and unlawful use of computerized communications equipment be filed against the salesman and an associate.
As of mid-afternoon Thursday, no charges had actually been filed.
The incident was apparently recorded on cell phone video. A social media post went viral, accompanied by a barrage of highly-critical comments against the dealership, NH Auto located on south Sheridan Rd.
The holder of the license had mistakenly left the license at the dealership. According to the woman, words had been exchanged over the dealer's refusal to negotiate the price of a car.
Dealers and dealerships are licensed by the state Department of Transportation. The DOT did not respond to a pair of WGTD emails seeking comment.
