(WGTD)---The next president of Gateway Technical College will be a Vietnamese refugee who went on to build a more than 30 year-long career in industry and academia.
Veronique Tran, who currently serves as vice-provost at Dallas College, will succeed Ritu Raju who left last year.
The Gateway Board of Trustees emerged from a short closed session Monday and voted 6-0 to approve a contract with Tran.
