From WGTD News:

A jury trial for the Union Grove man charged with identity theft and election fraud for requesting absentee ballots in other people's names in 2022 is to continue in Racine Court Tuesday. Harry Wait admitted from the start that he took the wrongful actions in order to prove a point that the process of requesting absentee ballots is vulnerable to fraud. Testimony began Monday afternoon. Among the witnesses called by the state were Assembly Speaker Robin Vos and Racine Mayor Cory Mason. The state rested its case just before the jury was dismissed for the day.
