(WGTD)---A large apartment building complex is being planned for Kenosha’s south side.
The 264 apartments in a series of two-to-three story buildings would cover nearly 15 acres of land south of Festival Foods on 80th St. and just west of 30th Ave. The site is adjacent to a large pond that’s on the property.
The proposed complex—to be built by a Waukesha developer—already has a name: Breeze Landing.
The preliminary plans are scheduled to be reviewed by the City Plan Commission at its regularly-scheduled meeting this Thursday.
Also on the agenda…a final review of plans for a pair of apartment buildings on the southern fringe of the downtown area along 6th Ave.
