Racine--A dispute between classmates in a science class at Case High School has wound up in court.
18 year-old Dakota Mack has been charged with disorderly conduct and bail jumping after getting into an argument with a female classmate in which punches were thrown and pushing took place.
According to the criminal complaint, the two were working with samples of mud when Mack bumped into the girl, and some of the mud fell to the ground.
The girl got mad, the complaint says, when Mack refused to clean it up.
A verbal argument turned physical.
The girl had to go to the nurse's office to get treatment for an eye injury.
Mack's bail jumping charge stems from a separate incident last summer in which he was charged with theft, battery and disorderly conduct and was released on bond with conditions.
