(WGTD)---Two Racine teenagers were playing with a loaded handgun last weekend when it went off, striking one of them in his shoulder and in the back of his upper arm.
Now the other teen--17 year-old Amarion Jackson--has been charged with possession of a machine gun, negligent handling of a firearm and possession of a weapon by a minor. Bond was set in Racine Court at $2,500.
The gun was described as a fully-automatic Glock.
According to the criminal complaint, the boys were handling the gun in the home of the 15 year-old victim's disabled mother in the 500 blk.of 16th St. The mother said she wasn't aware of the gun's presence.
The boys said it went off after it fell onto the floor from a bed.
