(WGTD)---The State Patrol says it'll have a plane in the air over I-94 in Kenosha County Thursday, looking for speeders and reckless drivers.
In spreading the message, the Patrol says it's goal is to achieve safer driving and not generate revenue.
If weather conditions are unfavorable for flying, the ground-based units that are assigned to the operation are expected to proceed with the enforcement project.
