Power Restored to Most Who Lost it in Kenosha County

(WGTD)---As nightfall set in, all but about 150 We Energies customers in Kenosha County who lost power in Sunday morning's storm had regained it.

Nearly 7,000 Kenosha County customers had been off-line in the immediate aftermath of the bad weather. Although Kenosha County seemed to take the brunt of the hit, hundreds of other homes and businesses in southeast Wisconsin were also affected.

Wind damage was spotty, with some neighborhoods hard-hit and others appearing not to have been touched. There were numerous reports of wires arcing and trees and branches down, some on power lines and structures.

No injuries were reported.

The forecast calls for a slight chance of showers and storms Tuesday afternoon and evening, but they're not expected to rise to the severe level.
