(Racine)---Police and the U.S. Marshals Service have put out a 'wanted' bulletin for a 34-year-old Racine man who allegedly used a handgun with a large capacity drum magazine to shoot toward a group of people in downtown Racine last October.
Adrian Harlan is wanted on six counts of endangering safety, possession of a firearm as a felon and for a parole violation.
