All Racine County buildings are closed Friday, including the courthouse, the McReynolds Law Enforcement Center and the Ives Grove Office Complex. 24-hour operations such as the sheriff's office and the jail are not affected by the closure.
St. Luke's Episcopal Church will be available as an overnight warming center Friday and Saturday nights.
