From WGTD News:

Kenosha officials confirm they're working on logistics and security in advance of a planned, 11th hour, campaign stop by President Trump. A fly-in to the Kenosha Regional Airport Monday at 7 p.m. is one of several airport appearances scheduled for the day before the election. Neither campaign or local officials were able to provide any details Friday afternoon.

A Lake County judge has authorized the extradition to Wisconsin of Kyle Rittenhouse, the Antioch teen who's claiming self defense in the fatal shooting of two demonstrators and the wounding of a third during Kenosha's riots. Lake County prosecutors argued that it should be up to a Wisconsin judge to decide whether there are sufficient grounds for charges.

The trial of Martice Fuller has been delayed a third time. The Kenosha teen who allegedly shot his ex-girlfriend and wounded her mother was to have gone on trial next week, but a defense attorney is now under quarantine. It's been re-scheduled for mid-March. The first delay was the result of jury tampering charges that were brought against Fuller. It was canceled again as a result of the late August riots.

Gov. Evers Friday urged Wisconsinites Friday to celebrate Halloween at home rather than go out and risk contracting or spreading COVID-19. Well over 5,000 new cases were reported Friday along with 24 deaths. Locally, 80 new cases were reported in Kenosha County; 295 in Racine County and 53 in Walworth County, where health department officials said they no longer will perform standard-length contact tracing because of the high number of cases. In "Crisis Standards" mode, health staffers give top priority to contacting anyone age 60 and older or kids 18 and younger who've contracted the disease. All others will be contacted as capacity allows.
