(WGTD)---A 32-year-old man is in the Kenosha County Jail after he allegedly peppered the car carrying the mother of his three children with bullets.
Marcus Orr, who currently lives in Las Vegas, is facing two counts of endangering safety. The incident occurred late Thursday night outside of a home near Grant Elementary on Kenosha’s north side.
According to the criminal complaint, the defendant and the woman argued over use of her vehicle. As she dropped him off at his brother’s house, Orr allegedly fired nine shots into the car, shattering windows, puncturing a tire and narrowly missing the woman’s head.
Bond for Orr was set Monday at $50,000.
In a Racine County case Monday, the man who allegedly pointed a handgun at a Burger King employee through a drive-up window last week was in court. 28-year-old Marshall Trudo of Milwaukee is facing five charges, including endangering safety and possession of a firearm by an adjudicated delinquent. The incident—at the Burger King at I-94 and Highway 20—apparently stemmed from a dispute over service. The complaint says before leaving, Trudo fired a gun into a parked vehicle.
Also Monday, bond for a 27-year-old Racine man who fired a gun outside of a 6th Street tavern in Racine the day after Christmas was set at $40,000.
Dontae Williams purportedly fired several shots outside of the 509 Bar in an effort to break up a fight involving his father and brother.
In the process, another man was shot in the leg.
And in yet another weapons case, a family gathering for last Saturday’s Packers game ended in an argument and gunfire. 59-year-old Kurt Draeger of 2940 Cherry Tree Court in Racine allegedly fired a gun at the feet of his brother. Charges include endangering safety and possession of a firearm while intoxicated. No one was hurt.
