Shooting Fatality in Racine Monday Evening
Racine--A man was fatally shot while sitting in a vehicle on the city's north side Monday evening, according to police and unconfirmed scanner and social media reports.
Police said the shooting occurred in the 1700 blk. of LaSalle at about 9.
