(WGTD)---The Kenosha Police Department is investigating a homicide which occurred last night in the 5900 block of 19th Avenue just before 9 p.m. Thursday.
Police were called to a report of shots fired when officers located an adult male struck by the gunfire.
The male was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Medical Examiner.
The victim has been identified as 23-year-old Keshawn Jenkins of Kenosha.
The investigation is still active and investigators are currently gathering information and conducting interviews.
