(WGTD)---A new mixed-use development near I-94 and Highway 50 that will include apartments, retail, office and senior living was recommended for approval by the Pleasant Prairie Plan Commission Monday night.
The 95-acre development is located on vacant land west of 104th Ave. and behind the Lynch dealership just south of Highway 50.
The 300-unit apartment complex of varying sizes and looks will be called the "Seasons at Riverview." Rents will range from $1,100 to $2,200.
Retail and office space will go in along Highway 50. A 159-unit senior residential campus will include independent living, assisted living and memory care.
The apartment complex would be developed first.
The developer is Fiduciary Real Estate Development.
