Audio: "We're Holding Everbody Responsible Except Parents"

Sure, Pastor Bill Harris has had his share of success stories as the director for the past 25 years of the Frank Neighborhood Project. But he's frustrated by the slow pace of change in the inner-city Kenosha neighborhood. He points the finger at parents. 

Harris vented at a community meeting hosted by the NAACP.

In reaction to Harris, Incoming Kenosha County District Attorney Mike Graveley offered his take, as did others.
