(AP)---Terry Gou, the Chairman of Foxconn, the world's largest contract assembler of consumer electronics, says that he is stepping down amid speculation he could be planning a presidential run in Taiwan next year.  Gou's resignation is the latest challenge for Foxconn, which has been caught up in the on-going US-China trade war. Foxconn is building a massive plant in Mount Pleasant and recently had plans for a second building on their site approved.
