Updated 6-13 with criminal complaint.

Kenosha---A 17 year-old Milwaukee teen allegedly shot a 34 year-old Milwaukee man because he'd been touching her inappropriately, according to information contained in a criminal complaint.

Randall Volar was shot twice in the head while sitting in a chair in his south side Kenosha home June 4th. The defendant, Chrystul Kizer, then allegedly set the house on fire in order to conceal the crime.

In a complaint filed Wednesday, Kizer purportedly told her boyfriend that the victim, whom she described as a friend of her grandmother, had a habit of touching her and "that she was going to shoot him." She later told investigators that Volar had helped her out with money and places to stay.

Kiser was arrested after investigators followed a trail of evidence that included incriminating Facebook posts.

In addition to 1st Degree Intentional Homicide, the charges include car theft, arson, bail jumping and possession of a firearm by a felon.
