So what kind of uncle is that!?
Well, it's one who also has a son in the game, except Jake Matthews plays for Atlanta.
Clay's uncle (and Jake's father), Bruce Matthews, was Greg Berg's guest for 50 minutes on Thursday's Morning Show.
It almost seems that half of the Matthews family either currently plays or has played in the NFL. Bruce himself has chalked up 19 seasons and 296 games.
He's also the author of a book titled "Inside the NFL's First Family: My Life of Football, Faith and Fatherhood."
