(WGTD)---The city of Racine Health Department says that two residents in Racine have been infected with COVID-19; the first in the city. The announcement was made Thursday. The department says the residents were likely exposed through community spread. Those who believe they have symptoms are encouraged to call their doctor. The Racine County health departments do not have tests or testing capacity.
