(WGTD)---A man was found dead inside a burning mobile home in western Kenosha County early Friday morning.
Responding to a 911 call made just after 5 a.m., the first arriving deputies found smoke and flames coming from a trailer in the Wheatland Mobile Home Park at 32200 45th St.
According to a news release from the sheriff's dept., firefighters found the victim as they were putting out the blaze.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
A half-dozen fire departments were called to the scene, including Wheatland, Randall, Twin Lakes, Salem Lakes, Bristol and Pleasant Prairie.
