Kenosha---The driver of the Chevy Trailblazer involved in a one-vehicle fatal accident on Highway 142 last Saturday has now been identified. The Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department says the operator of the vehicle was 26-year-old Deon Franklin from Kenosha. Excessive speed appears to have contributed to the crash.
