Today is graduation day for about 800 Gateway Technical College students. Giving the commencement address is Jim Hawkins---the CEO and second-generation owner of Kenall Manufacturing in Kenosha. The company was started by his father---Ken---in Chicago---in 1963. It was moved to Kenosha in 2014.
Hawkins---a Harvard grad---has been leading the company since 1983---and---has been its owner since 1986. Hawkins will share some of his life experiences---from both his personal and professional life---with the students---and---give them a little road map to use for their future journeys...
The Gateway graduation ceremony is set for tonight at the UW Parkside Sports and Activity Center. Doors open at 6:15.
