(WGTD)---A 24-year-old North Chicago man has been arrested on multiple sexual assault and battery charges for allegedly sexually assaulting two different women in different attacks in two different public places within an hour of each other on Sunday morning.

Quincey Butler is being held on $100,000 bond after his initial court appearance Monday. The Kenosha News is reporting that---according to the criminal complaint---a 42-year-old woman told Kenosha Police she was leaving Kohl’s---on Green Bay Road---just after 9:30 a.m.---when a man followed her to her vehicle and began to talk to her---making her uncomfortable. She told police that as she got in her car and tried to close her door---the man forced the door open---and---pulled her forcefully from the truck---then---pulled down his pants and began rubbing against her foot. The newspaper reports that she told police she was screaming and that she heard some other women yelling at the man to stop.  She said he then got up “pulled up his pants and casually walked away.”

About an hour later---police were called to a BP Gas Station---on Highway 50---for a report that a man had attacked a woman in a bathroom there. The 54-year-old victim said she had stopped at the gas station so her grandson could use the bathroom.  She said while she was waiting---a man---later identified as Butler---came toward the bathroom. According to the criminal complaint---the woman said the man then followed her into the bathroom---grabbed her and forced her to the ground---and she hit her head on the concrete floor. She said the man pinned her to the ground while her grandchildren, ages 10 and 8, locked themselves in a stall. She began screaming. Another  female customer rushed into the bathroom and pulled the man off of her. The man was then seen leaving in a maroon car. Police arrested Butler outside a nearby bank

According to the criminal complaint, Butler admitted he had a foot fetish and knew what he did was wrong.

He is scheduled to appear in court for a preliminary hearing July 17.
