Mt. Pleasant---A power outage Tuesday evening was blamed on a storm that passed the day before, according to a spokesman for We Energies.
About 3,500 customers along either side of Highway 20 were without power for up to two hours after equipment on top of a utility pole failed.
The pole had been damaged in Monday afternoon's storm that featured gusty winds, hail and brief periods of heavy rain.
