(WGTD)---A 37-year-old Racine woman was killed in a two car, head-on collision on the East Frontage Road near Highway E and I-94---in Somers---on Monday night. According to the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department she was driving northbound on the road---just after 6pm---when she crossed the center line and hit a southbound car driven by a 31-year-old Racine man. He was treated for minor injuries and later released from a hospital. The name of the victim---who was reportedly NOT wearing her seatbelt---is being withheld pending proper notification. It’s not clear right now as to what caused the accident.
