(WGTD)---Another danger of the Internet.
A 35-year-old Racine woman---who was selling two iPhones through the Facebook Marketplace---was reportedly pepper-sprayed and robbed of those phones by the person who was the potential buyer. In a press release---the Racine County Sheriff’s Department reports the woman met the potential buyer Monday afternoon---just after 3 o’clock---in the parking lot of Phantom Fireworks on 27th Street in Caledonia. She told sheriff’s deputies she was pepper sprayed---at that meeting---by an African American male in his early-to-mid 20s. He was accompanied by another man. They fled the scene---with the phones---in what is believed to be a newer model black Chevy Silverado with an extended cab.
