Late Tuesday night, the Racine County Sheriff's Dept. posted a booking photo of Kenosha Ald. John Ruffolo.
Ruffolo is expected to appear in Kenosha Court Wednesday afternoon to face an unspecified criminal charge.
WITI TV reports that the Kenosha County District Attorney's office requested that the state Justice Department handle the case.
