Lolli Haws is heading west. The outgoing Racine Unified school superintendent has been hired to head up a group of schools in Council Bluffs, Iowa. According to a press release from the Green Hills Area Education Agency---a conglomeration of 46 school districts---the Green Hills board approved her appointment with a 9-0 vote---and---she will start a 3-year---$235,000 annual salary deal on July 1st. She was reportedly earning slightly less in Racine. Green Hills has about twice as many students as Racine Unified. Haws will be replaced by Deputy School Superintendent Eric Gallien.
