(WGTD)---The arrest of a subject in the parking lot of Sam's Club in Somers late Wednesday morning was part of a broader investigation.

The Kenosha Police Dept. says multiple search warrants linked to the arrest were served in the city Wednesday. The locations and the identity of the suspect weren't revealed.

The department credits its officers, working with agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, with making the arrest.

No one was hurt. Sam's Club reportedly underwent a brief lockdown.

A social media post includes video showing agents and officers standing in the parking lot near vehicles.

The Kenosha County Sheriff's Dept. confirms that it was called in to provide support.

Wednesday's Kenosha County Jail bookings include a 41-year-old Kenosha man on charges of "sale/possession/use/transport/machine gun", possession of a firearm as a felon and fleeing and eluding police. Unconfirmed social media posts indicated that a brief chase in the Sam's Club parking lot preceded an arrest.
