Babyganics Makes Baby-Safe Products
Racine-based SC Johnson’s empire got a little bigger today. The company---best known for its household cleaning and insecticide products---is buying a company that specialized in baby-safe care products.
SC Johnson signed the agreement today to buy Babyganics---a rapidly-growing baby brand providing household and personal care products including products for skin care, bath care, oral care, sun care, insect repellant, hand hygiene, surface cleaners, laundry products, dish soaps, diapers and wipes.
The deal is subject to US regulatory approval.
