An 81 year-old Waterford resident who might be experiencing the beginning stages of dementia was reported missing Tuesday afternoon.
Donn Schoemann should be driving a white, 2013 Subaru Legacy with Wisconsin plates of 196TTF. He's believed to be wearing a blue and white plaid shirt, blue jeans and a brown jacket and tan shoes.
He was seen near Waterford High School at about 2:30 Tuesday afternoon.
